The Training and Development Facilitator is responsible for facilitating training and education of Per Mar and Midwest employees. This position is also responsible for the maintenance of Per Mar University database and website. This position creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate and enhance the performance of our employees. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, resulting primarily from phones ringing, printers, and traffic of individuals within the office environment.
