Monitors and tracks the value statements that are needed throughout the cycle. Communicates with tax collectors verbally and in writing to request and obtain statements and values. Assists with the completion of the value cycle prior to the established SLA. Assists with the calculation of values for determination of need to protest tax values. Oil and Gas Operations Performs initial setup, within SLA, of properties to be serviced within the department. Performs routine maintenance to these accounts as requests are submitted by the client. Requests tax bills as needed for various cycles and report amounts to clients for payment. Obtains funding from clients and balance payments prior to submitting them to the proper tax collector. Provides written and verbal communications to clients and collectors as needed to ensure payments are delivered in advance of the economic loss data. Generates reports from the system to be used for tracking open and missing items. Real Estate Operations Assists with the completion of reporting files as needed. Assists with balancing of tapes as needed. Assists with mail out as necessary when an extreme number of packages need to be checked and mailed. Assists with obtaining missing items as needed.   Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
