Customer Service Associate 

Description

This role is responsible for supporting the progression of the sales pipeline as it relates to customer demonstrations and trial sites using DoseMe. Post-sales support and engagement to ensure customers are best utilizing DoseMe. This role also pays a key role in collecting product and customer feedback to ensure a continual improvement of the DoseMe offering. Ongoing customer support to ensure users enjoy a brilliant experience using DoseMe.

Customer Acquisition and Sales Support:

  • Follow-up, qualify and provide support to potential customers identified by other DoseMe team members or external leads - e.g. US customer leads including hospitals, institutions and research organizations
  • Identify the decision makers within the customer organization with increasing focus on hospital clinicians
  • Research and build relationships with new customers
  • Work with internal teams to develop proposals that speaks to the customer’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Ensure that customer information is accurately entered and managed within the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (salesforce.com) and other management systems.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, to promote DoseMe and to provide feedback and information on market trends.

Customer Support & Retention:

  • Perform on-site and virtual integration workshops for new customers
  • Monitor and respond to queries raised by customers via our online chat functionality.
  • Deliver refresher training for existing hospital customers
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external customer debriefs.
  • Handle customer complaints by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Create/improve and utilize user-friendly teaching manuals for new and existing customers
  • Create/improve and deliver new customer on-boarding workshops and training

Clinical Insights:

  • Uncover, document, share and utilize the various physician workflows and patient journeys to identify where and how DoseMe can best be positioned to optimize value for customers and shareholders
  • Uncover, identify and document key influence networks within major hospital accounts nationally that you and others within DoseMe can subsequently build, grow and leverage to accelerate business growth
  • Review and assist DoseMe in creating clinical articles, blogs, posts and papers for internal and external use
  • Triage and document clinical queries using your knowledge and experience

Product Support & Development:

  • Be a voice of the customer to ensure existing product offerings meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Work with partners of DoseMe to increase the combined value of those partnerships.
 
Position Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, or related field

Experience & Training:

  • 2+ years associate level office, sales or clinical position
  • If main experience is office or clinical, at least some sales experience
  • Experience with client facing

Specific Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; skilled at building strong rapport
  • Comfortable with MS Office, including Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional email and conference call etiquette

Working conditions:

  • Moorestown, NJ office. Standard business hours with some travel. Travel (approximately 20-30%) for implementation meetings, orientation, and go-live support. Travel depends on influx of new DoseMe customers.
  • Must have valid driver’s license in good standing and valid auto insurance
  • Out of standard hours conference calls (with Australia and Europe) may occur.
  • Out of standard hours technical support may occur.
