The Pine Rest Talent Acquisition team is now accepting applications for the position of Recruiter, working on our main campus in Grand Rapids. The recruiter in this role develops and manages the entire recruitment process for all Pine Rest positions assigned to them. This role primarily handles Psychiatric Technician (Direct Patient Care) recruitment as well as some other exempt and non-exempt level roles. This is a high volume recruitment job and is generally responsible for hiring more than 300 people per year into the organization. This is a high visibility role within the organization and is expected to act as a SME for all things related to recruitment of entry level staff into the organization. The primary function of the Recruiter is to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified applicants and our recruiters work collaboratively with other Human Resources team members and Directors to develop and maintain consistent recruitment services and promote workforce development and retention efforts.
