Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team located on our main campus on 68th Street in Grand Rapids.
The payroll professional in this role will perform all activities related to payroll including, but not limited to: maintaining related records, filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments, preparing accounting transactions and documents, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for management as needed. Pine Rest is also going through an implementation of a new HRIS, and the person hired into this payroll position will have an opportunity to be heavily involved in this implementation and play an important role in it moving forward. This is not your run-of-the-mill "payroll processing" type role that you may find at another organization, this is an opportunity to join experienced Finance and HR teams who are dedicated to improving processes and supporting the always growing Pine Rest organization!
