Wyandot, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Clinical Data Support Specialist to join our PACES administration team! The Clinical Data Support Specialist supports management of clinical & rehabilitation services; assists in the updating, management, and report production of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR); and performs a variety of supportive tasks.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Produces weekly reports [productivity, missing documentation, caseloads, 30-60-90 day report, NFA assessments, NFA progress note, missing treatment plan, and other reports as requested by management] (establishing and adhering to report run schedule, reviewing reports for missing information and/or discrepancies, sorting reports by teams/managers, distributing reports to managers, alerting managers to ‘red flag' areas [missing information, discrepancies, etc.] , etc.).
  • Assists Senior Director in tracking internal and external referrals.
  • Tracks staff's work (run reports, verifying documentation, alerting managers of non-compliant clinical tasks, obtaining needed data, completing data entry).
  • Appropriately and professionally handles information, maintaining confidentiality to agency standards.
 
Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma.
  • Six months experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system preferred.
  • Experience or strong working knowledge working with medical records, a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written). Must be able to articulate in an appropriate manner to staff in the agency.
  • Ability to handle and process sensitive information in a confidential and consistent manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact positively with staff and maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Technologically savvy and strong computer proficiency with emphasis on working with Excel and EMRs.
  • Must be detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and able to produce reports and complete job duties accurately and on time.
  • Must be able to establish effective on-going working relationships with staff.
  • Easily and readily adaptable to a changing environment and work priorities.
  • Must be able to multi-task, while performing duties accurately and achieving desired results.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work well independently.

Pay Range $13.85-$14.77
