These services provide the foundation of our innovation, providing ongoing research and development.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Location HDT (Florence, KY)   Description SUMMARY: This position provides SAP functional day to day and project support, as well as assist with external system integration. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide cross functional SAP operational support - including ability to configure SAP in support of business needs, and understanding of integration between modules and through to FI/CO - specific experience in SD/PS - general knowledge of QM a plus Desire to learn other areas in SAP a requirement Level 2-3 Help desk support plus assist in the education of/guidance to the Help Desk Analyst Experience with MTO and/or Government reporting a plus Experience with SAP Bolt on 3rd party tools (such as Salesforce, Winshuttle, Dassian) a plus Ability to prepare and follow proper configuration documentation and testing approaches Ability to articulate related business process flow to both business and technical associates Work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of and ability to create SAP queries and/or report writer/report painter reports Assist with other functional areas in SAP where applicable as well as perform project related tasks Leads /supports IT approved work list requests and approve IT projects as required Adheres to all quality and safety standards Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization Adheres to all quality and safety standards Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility listed above satisfactorily.
