Job Duties will include but not limited to: Recruit for the company, posting ads, screening resumes and conducting telephone interviews Coordinate new hire onboarding activities including scheduling, training and preparing documents Manage recruitment process for entry to mid-level positions – create all job postings, applicant tracking, and sourcing for entry and mid-level roles Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience Assists in employee relations issues and coaches/guides management to successful outcomes. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to business leaders within their functional group (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). A skilled communicator; you are able to forge trusting relationships with employees at all levels and are able to coach and influence in a positive manner. May be called on to address large groups of team members (open enrollment meetings) Serve as point of contact for employee questions and requests about HR programs Address employee concerns in a prompt manner In partnership with the HR Manager, foster and maintain a culture of positive employee relations among the teams. Perform various HR administration duties as needed. Assists in coordinating company-wide HR communications: newsletters, intranet, benefits & policy communications. Maintains compliance for all locations with federal,state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. Assists in meeting compliance requirements, as needed. Ensure the integrity of employee data, including performance of regular audits and documentation of appropriate quality control measures Maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures. Assist HR Business Partner team with key annual planning work such as talent planning, performance calibrations & performance evaluations Respond to general inquiries and provides routine information to employees and managers on HR matters. Responsible for other projects and duties as assigned. |
