Job Summary: Process payments to vendors in a timely fashion Essential Job Functions: Enter invoices and process checks Match invoices to purchase orders and receivings Monitor and reconcile unvouchered payables Enter credits and process for approval Work with Controller on all month end deadlines Obtain / verify approval for non-inventory invoices Process EFT payments Assign GL codes for expenses Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements Set up / maintain vendor database Miscellaneous office duties (i.e. filing)   Position Requirements Previous AP/accounting experience Must have moderate computer skills   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Division Belknap White Group   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Location Mansfield   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
