POSITION TITLE: Marketing Manager

TEAM: Marketing


Under the direction of and reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for directing and feveloping marketing strategies, tactics and programs to create brand recognition and demand for Glenroy, Inc. and its products. This role manages the marketing process from research and planning to execution and analysis.


  1. Direct markeintg strategy and create annual marketing plans for Glenroy, Inc.

  2. Prepare annual marketing budget, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances.

  3. Manage and train existing and new markeitng staff.

  4. Oversee and optimixe company website and content.

  5. Lead internal team members to execute all marketing tactics including event marketing, digital & print, advertising, sales tools, email marketing, direct marketing social media marketing, search marketing sponsorships, and content marketing.

  6. Develops branding and corporate indentity initiatives.

  7. Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.

  8. Analyze competitive intelligence and market developments.

  9. Monitor and analyze marketing activity against goals, making recommendations for improvement.

  10. Collaborates with product development team and sales team on new product introductions.

  11. Contribute to company effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action.

  12. Contribute editorial content to industry media outlets.

  13. Conducts customer satisfaction research initiatives.

  14. Locating potential customers through lead generation and nuturing.

  15. Establish and implement team goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.

  16. Schedule, lead and facilitate team meetings, improvement projects, and process efforts.

  17. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, monitoring industry media content, establishing presonal networks, and participating in industry associations.

  18. Participate in various cross-functional teams and committees.

  19. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements


Proven track record of success in a marketing leadership role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation systems, & CRM systems.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills,

Strong interpersonal skills


Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent education required

5+ years of experience in Marketing

2-4 years of experience in a Marketing leadership role required
