A day in the life… • Requirements gathering to support security architecture and operational process definition: o Experience obtaining security requirements and user stories from client o Proven ability to take requirements in order to develop and enable a security operations framework and action plan that includes people/skills, processes and technology o Expertise in building and aligning corporate GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) programs o Understanding of security within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) / DevOps methodology o Understanding of industry security regulations / frameworks:  NIST  PCI  HIPAA  SOX  ISO 27000  SANS CIS o Defining customer control points o Identity Access Management (IAM) o Encryption methods • Detailed Design regarding Security for the following subject areas: o Infrastructure (data center, network, storage, operating system) o Middleware (hypervisor, database, integration, software build and deployment tools) o Applications • Lead the design and execution of security engagements: o Data protection and discovery  Data discovery & classification  Dependency mapping, data flow, control diagrams, SMEs  Infrastructure hardening  Firewall protection, IDS, IPS  Network & data segmentation  Public cloud security  Encryption  File Integrity Monitoring  Data loss prevention  Identity & access management  Backup & recovery  Orchestrate and automate o Security Incident Response (SIR)  Process development  Response team preparedness  Map incidents with Configuration Items (CIs), dependencies and severities  Anti-virus & malware protection  Security monitoring  Security containment & forensics  Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and continuity services  Recovery (data, disaster)  Orchestrate and automate o Vulnerability Management  Process development  Technology selection and implementation  Managed Services  Mapping of vulnerabilities with CIs, dependencies and severities  Orchestrate and automate  Reporting and KPIs o Threat Management  Process development  Build workflow to detect, analyze and respond to threats  Technology selection and implementation  Identify and configure threat feeds  Map threats with CIs, dependencies and severities  Integrate plan with incident response  Orchestrate and automate  Identify threat reporting & KPIs • Evaluate and communicate project impacts   Position Requirements What we are looking for… Required (Rolta AdvizeX OEM Partners) 10+ years of experience in the technologies, implementation, and processes across the following security domains: Encryption: key management, encryption technologies, cloud; Access: Multi factor authentication, data access governance Network: Firewalls, IPS, segmentation; Endpoint: Malware controls, vulnerability management; Application and Systems Development Security Computer Operations Security Physical Security Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Security/Assurance; Strong network security background; Strong working knowledge of security governance, risk, and compliance across multiple industries, public and private; Automation and cloud experience DCIM experience Skills around load balancing and unified communications; Extensive experience in communicating security concepts in non-jargon language at the IT Director and project level; Ability to review projects from risk & security perspective and provide input related to reduction of risk to MSLC; Preferred certification: (ISC)2 CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Security GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) What you’ll get… A career with a company where you will be challenged, respected, and valued.
