The selected candidate will lead and further develop a Human Resources Team at Retrax, and function as a key member of the brand’s Management Team. The position will report to both the Truck Hero HR Director, and the Retrax General Manager.


  • Strategic HR Business Partner aligned with the Plant Management Team and the business goals and objectives.
  • Key leader in workforce planning, talent development, Plant KPIs, employee engagement, etc.
  • Consult with and influence Plant Management Team on key organizational and employee concerns. Understand how and when to drive change.
  • Team with Corporate HR in programs that enhance the culture of Truck Hero throughout the Brand.
  • Accountable for effectively managing the full range of HR functions for a manufacturing facility including investigations and EHS.
  • Develop, implement, and administer new HR programs and procedures consistent with a commitment to ongoing problem solving and improvement.
  • Drive innovative Talent Acquisition and Onboarding programs, which bring exceptional talent to the team while expanding the Brand’s sales growth.
  • Manage local Payroll, HRIS, annual benefits enrollment, employee records management, audits and HR reporting.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the HR team member to improve effectiveness and career growth opportunities.
Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; SHRM certification preferred.
  • 5+years as a HR Manager in a manufacturing environment with 100+ employees.
  • Exhibit business acumen, coach management, relationship building, consultative and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrate innovative employee engagement strategies, events planning and community partnership.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Federal and State laws, current HR policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Proficient MSOffice and experience working with HRIS.
