The candidate will work with internal departments, outside sales reps, and ecommerce retail customers. This position is an integral part of the Customer Service and Sales teams and will be responsible for entering orders and converting quotes to orders in a timely and accurate manner. This candidate will also be responsible for working with our EDI partners. Knowledge of hunting and archery products desired, but not required. Responsibilities and Duties: Enter orders into fulfillment system Work with EDI partners Integration projects Mapping Order confirmations Update various ecommerce portals with order information Research orders Understanding of the following: Item numbers Pricing levels Customer types Ship dates Shipping locations Sales programs Order terms Discounts Etc.
