Peer Support/Technician I Inpatient/Detox 

About the Organization Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc.(TTC) is a full-service behavioral healthcare organization that provides high quality, cost-effective substance use and mental health treatment to adults and youth. TTC operates a psychiatric hospital engaged in detox and stabilization (this is not a locked facility), residential and outpatient alcohol and drug treatment centers, adolescent drug treatment centers, and family medical clinics. All patients served are voluntary. All facilities are licensed and certified by the State of California and the County of Los Angeles. We are accredited by The Joint Commission. Patients receive a comprehensive assessment followed by a customized intensive treatment plan that centers on crisis stabilization, alcohol or drug detox, short-term therapeutic interventions, specific recovery goals and discharge planning for the next level of care. On-call per diem technician/driver daytime/evening positions open to provide supportive services to patients, counselors, nurses and other staff on the inpatient detox unit. In addition, transporting patients via company van is required as needed. Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and nights. High school diploma or equivalent and good driving record are required. Must have excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual desired. Prior work experience in behavioral healthcare particularly in detox or residential settings preferred. To apply, complete online application at
