At Visiting Nurse, we do require our team to be part of the solution to the spread of COVID-19. We require our staff to be COVID vaccinated, to include the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at the time of hire and be fully vaccinated within 30 days of their hire date or in accordance with the timelines established by the vaccine's manufacturer. Description

The Branch Analyst will analyze reports to make sure all required documentation is accurate and complete. Through the use of Excel, data will be massaged and extracted to generate reports that help the managers and team. Extensive communication with the team will be required. Will work with clinicians to coordinate the clearing of inter-service messages, track BIPPA forms and submit them to the Process Improvement Manager or their designee.

Position Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with a 3.3 overall GPA is required.  A dual major or minor in healthcare/public health and business is preferred.
  • Previous Experience: Proven ability to work successfully with office staff and field staff.   Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.  Positive attitude with exceptional problem solving skills.  Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Demonstrates a professional and caring approach.  Well organizational skills and strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize daily workload.  Goal and project oriented individual.
  • Licensure/Certifications:
  • Knowledge/Training: Active knowledge of clinical terminology preferred.  Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clinical staff and office staff is required. 
  • Computer Skills: Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as, user names and password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop or laptop, including starting programs, using files, and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.  Proficiency in the use of a computer, Excel, Access, and ability to master in-house computer systems are required.  Strong typing skills are preferred
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
