We are seeking mission driven professional to serve as a full time Clinical Therapist responsible for providing a range of moderately complex clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, interventions, individual, family therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents, and identified adults.

As a Clinical Therapist you would:

  • Make a difference in children’s lives who have be through difficult trauma and require your support/coaching to cope with their emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Complete identified diagnostic assessments, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans based on assessments.
  • Provide ongoing mental health/clinical services as needed or are required by contract
  • Create documentation for all services you provide in our Electronic Record System.
  • Provide in-home, direct services to families and children in your caseload.
  • In collaboration with the team, work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the families in your caseload. Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Position Requirements

What you bring to this role:

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, child & family studies or counseling is required.
  • LSW/LPC license in Ohio is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience with family preservation services, crisis intervention, experience in the field of mental health/therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, and families. Experience with family preservation services and/or best practice models of clinical application preferred.
