Full-Time Position in a busy multi-specialty medical group in Greenwood

Eligible for full benefits package!

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Assists in the delivery of primary health and patient care management. Assists in training and clinical evaluations of new and current Employees.

  1. Trains new clinic staff.
  2. Maintains clinic staff modules.
  3. Perform staff education and competency assessments.
  4. Assists in clinic as assigned by supervisor.
  5. Gives injections.
  6. Starts IV's.
  7. Performs other clinical and administrative duties.
  8. Assists in professional development activities, including CPR and TB training, and maintains professional affiliations.
  9. Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested.
  10. Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
  11. Maintains clean work environment in patient care areas.
  12. Oversees technical and/or clinical aspects of the pulmonary rehab area, demonstrating appropriate specialized or technical knowledge in carrying out duties or responsibilities.
  13. Coordinates all aspects of pulmonary rehab and patient care.
 
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Associates degree in Nursing.
  2. Registered Nurse
  3. Minimum three years of nursing experience
  4. Minimum two years training and educating a clinic staff

  1. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
  2. Strong focus on clinical and patient satisfaction.
  3. Perform effectively in stressful situations
  4. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions while acting as a leader in healthcare.
  5. Excellent computer proficiency
  6. Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  9. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff and contacts outside the organization.
