Swanson Rink is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers and Project Engineers with the day-to-day activities associated with the management of projects. Our Project Coordinator will be an enthusiastic, hand's on contributor. This position requires a well-rounded team member who can balance multiple priorities and tasks.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinates with Accounting for project set up, client expense policy, project progress reporting and project monthly billing.
  2. Administers project related team sharing sites.
  3. Processes subconsultant agreements, publishes meeting agendas or other tasks as assigned.
  4. Coordinates with BIM Specialists.
  5. Assists with the processing of incoming information from project team members.
  6. Assists with Open Issue (technical and administrative) tracking and remediation
  7. Assists in compiling project deliverable information, issuing to team members, tracking of deliverables and providing 'day-of-deliverable' support.
  8. Reviews RFI/Submittal Logs and provides remediation for overdue items.
  9. Performs audits of Project drive to ensure compliance with company standards.
  10. Assists with forecasting of project resource requirements.
  11. Coordinates report development and editing.
Position Requirements

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, and minimum of two years of related work experience in architectural, engineering or construction project management support.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; to express ideas; to share information; both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to adhere to processes and procedures and make recommendations for process improvement or assist in implementing new processes or procedures.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
