Day-to-day, you'll be assembling and analyzing sales forecasts and preparing marketing and advertising strategies; collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data; providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information; performing market research, outreach, and tradeshow management; also budget monitoring, managing vendors, creating campaigns, prospecting through predictive lead generation, tracking and assigning contacts, maintaining the CMS database, coordinating and tracking initiatives and deliverables. But you won't be doing all this alone! You'll be a key member of our in-house marketing team.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in marketing/communications (or related field of study) and at least one year of relevant experience. If you already have a genuine interest in real estate, even better. This role requires a professional who is organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The perfect candidate is comfortable sharing creative ideas and contributing to the marketing process from conception through completion.
