Spark Munitions loads precision handgun and rifle ammunition from our brand new facility in Cranberry Township just north of Pittsburgh, PA. We produce match-grade ammunition to the highest quality standards, for competitive shooting, hunting, and military use. We need to hire a production worker to accomodate expanding our production capacity. As an Ammunition Loading Operator, you will operate and maintain progressive loading machines across multiple handgun and rifle calibers. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Load small arms ammunition that is used in pistols and rifles. Package finished ammunition into boxes for shipping. Prepare packages for outbound shipping. Pick and pull finished goods to fill customer orders. Perform quality control inspections on finished goods. Automated loading equipment operation. Read, interpret, and follow procedures and work instructions.   Position Requirements Successful candidates will be non-smokers who have the following experience and skills: Required Skills/Experience/Education High school diploma/GED Able to pass a pre-employment drug test Able to pass an FBI/BCI background check Able to lift up to 60 pounds frequently. Able to stand for long periods of time (8-hr shift). Able to reach above shoulder level, bend/stoop, push/pull and handle/grip frequently. No facial piercings or facial tattoos. Maintain positive, cheerful attitude consistent with company values. High attention to detail; high conscientiousness. Ability to multitask. Preferred Skills / Experience Experience reading calipers and micrometers. Experience performing measurements to within a plus/minus .001-inch specification.
