Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the recruitment strategy, sourcing techniques and implementation of innovative and efficient programs to ensure the hiring and retention of the best talent. Prefer candidates be bi-lingual in Spanish, but not required.
Post ads for multiple janitoral positions
Conduct over the phone interviews
Conduct in person interviews
Run background checks
Conduct drug screenings
Work with managers to ensure successful on-boarding for new hires
Implement the appropriate employee training and manage its delivery..
Act as liaison with Corporate Human Resources on assigned projects to support the implement HR programs at the District level in accordance with the established HR strategy.
Handle special projects as assigned.
