Primary responsibilities focus on production, quality, and process adherence. Through process analysis, training, and coaching the role ensures successful operation of the business function in accordance with the company's principles, strategies and financial goals. Training Position focused specifically production and quality for outsourcing teams; initial focus would be task team specific Review Quality results & implement targeted coaching and case review sessions Create and modify business procedure and job aids based on identified gaps and quality results Work with the Training and Development team to create and modify training materials needed as a result of procedures updates Vendor Management Manage offshore vendor production & quality Assist offshore vendor with exceptions and inquiries   Position Requirements BA in business, accounting, tax law, real estate law, etc. 10 or more years’ experience in a mortgage or servicing tax department with specific knowledge of delinquent real estate taxes and tax sales.
