Collision Center Administrator 


Priority 1 Auto Group is currently looking for an energetic, professional and motivated individual to join our team at our Rockville BMW Collision Center. This position plays a key role in maintaining the shops reputation and image.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience, but we also welcome candidates with experience working in retail, customer service or hospitality/service!

Daily Duties:

• Assist with processing of customer transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Answers incoming calls and assist clients.
• Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.
• Process the collision center payroll and forward to central accounting office for submission.
• Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies. May assist human resources with paperwork completion and explanation of policies.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
• Ability and desire to pay close attention to detail
• Knowledge of accounting procedures
• Working or trainable knowledge of common PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Professional attitude and appearance
