The strength coach will operate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, mental conditioning coaches, physical therapists, and uniformed coaches in order to maximize the physical potential of players so that on-field performance is optimized. This position would require being based in the Dominican Republic for approximately 9 months of the year. At least an intermediate level of Spanish language proficiency is required for this role.   Position Requirements Required: CSCS Certification. Minimum 1 year post graduate experience in a sports setting.. Bi-lingual (Spanish & English).
