We are currently seeking an entry level to mid-level Product Data Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing our currently platform, and taking ownership of the creation of a new PIM (Product Information Management) system for the business to business commerce experience. The job duties will include, but not limited to: Analyze current data information Analyze how users will consume content Develop architectural scheme while considering the functionality and design to the end user Ensure that data is clearly defined, accurate and consistent Write, maintain and update data standards Write and maintain database documentation (data standards, policies, procedures, definitions) Design and administer permissions and privileges on the system Exporting and importing data content Testing and reviewing website to ensure data is appearing accurately Work with established processes and procedures and help to improve them Work closely with IT management, product managers and marketing departments Lead project teams with cross-functional areas Build, maintain and execute data feeds with our supplier partners Integrates product data between the PIM and external data sources Provide support and feedback to all levels of team members Ability to translate the value of quality data into business results Develop relevant metrics to continuously improve performance Ability to manage lareg data sets Requirements Highly organized, detail oriented and efficient Advanced level in Excel, Google Sheets Excellent at multi-tasking Data management experience (1-2 yrs) Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (1-2 yrs) Able to present technical information to a non-technical audience Team player with a positive attitude Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Degree in computer/data management or relative work experience preferred Flooring or building material experience preferred but not required   Position Requirements   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift   Division Belknap White Group   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Location Mansfield   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
