About the Organization
Experience Columbus is a 501c(6) nonprofit governed by a Board of Directors and supported by more than 1,000 partners who invest in the efforts of Experience Columbus and help make Greater Columbus an appealing destination by offering their services, attractions, and facilities to visitors, meeting planners, convention delegates, and residents.
As a destination marketing organization, (referred to as a convention and visitor bureau) our mission is to sell, market and promote the Destination Columbus experience to visitors. We hire fun, welcoming, and talented people from a variety of backgrounds: hospitality, the arts, tour operations, communications, marketing, finance, account management and customer service, just to name a few.
