What You Would Be Doing
The Human Resources Payroll Coordinator is an exempt position that reports to the HR Manager, Payroll and Benefits and is located in Worthington, Ohio. This position compiles and records employee time, enters payroll data, works with managers to ensure accuracy of information and researches discrepancies, and runs reports for HR management. Also, this position works with onboarding staff to review data entry of new staff into the payroll system, verifies information to make certain data entered correctly, and oversees the maintenance of employee records.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database, as needed; scans and electronically files all personnel records; provides review of new files entered into the payroll system for accuracy.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
- Helps to maintain company organization charts and employee directory including monthly reports of new hires, terminations & promotions/demotions/transfers.
- Assist in attendance management for FMLA and BWC.
- Delivers legendary customer service by answering employee requests and questions.
- Assists HR Management with various research projects and/or special projects.
