Employee Benefits Assistant 

Description
  1. Manage calendars for employees within department.

  2. Manage CRM for Employee Benefits Producers.

  3. Maintain Salesforce

  4. Using independent discretion prepare Amendments, Proposals, and (typing/copying/binding)

  5. Screen calls.

  6. Schedule appointments/maintain calendars (vendors/cleints).

  7. Make business arrangements.

  8. Using independent judgment create Visio diagrams for prospect/client presentations.

  9. Creative Publisher PowerPoint presentations.

  10. Prepare Expense Reports for department.

  11. Manage and document all vendor invoices.

  12. Using independent judgment coordinate Benefits copyright process each year.

  13. Keep all ABC documents up-to-date.

  14. Create mailings/letters.

  15. Coordinate webinars and seminars.

  16. Send out monthly Broker Briefcase, Newsletters to all clients (Buzz, Legislative Briefs).

  17. Help Underwriter with census information.

 
Position Requirements
  1. 2 - 5 years Administrative Experience
  2. Previous experience in a healthcare related field.

  3. Above average spelling skills.

  4. Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment.

  5. Well-developed people skills.

  6. Good organizational skills and high level of accuracy.

  7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  8. Ability to work with detail-oriented material on a continuous basis.

  9. Ability to take direction and complete tasks.

  10. Ability to exercise judgment to shift priorities and organize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  11. Professional demeanor.
