Zimbrick European is seeking a Selling Sales Manager for our Porsche brand. You will have the opportunity to partner with a group of experienced leaders in a winning, supportive culture. You will help your team create the Outstanding Customer Service experience that Zimbrick is known for. The ideal candidate will have a passion for growing and developing an experienced sales team along with automotive sales experience.
What You Will Do
Sell new and pre-owned vehicles (Approximately 60-65% of your time)
Select, train, coach, develop and retain sales staff
Partner successfully with the Pre-Owned manager
Grow a successful and profitable new car department
Manage inventory and sales processes effectively
Provide back-up for other sales managers
Use the tools provided to cultivate and follow up with all clients and prospects
