Golf Course Maintenance Administrative Assistant 

Description

This is a part time Administrative role that involves the clerical such as filing, billing, purchase order reconciliation in Birchstreet, fuel and expense tracking & monitoring, invoicing. Roughly 20 - 25 hours per week. There is the opportunity for additional hours if you wish to assist the property maintenance team with groundskeeping, planting, maintenance, etc of the grounds surrounding the hotel and golf courses.

Pay rate is $12 - $13/hr depending on experience.

 
Position Requirements

Previous experience working in an administrative capacity within a landscaping, property management, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
