Email Opening Title Human Resource Manager 145  Location Details New Brighton MN   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the recruitment strategy, sourcing techniques and implementation of innovative and efficient programs to ensure the hiring and retention of the best talent. Prefer candidates be bi-lingual in Spanish, but not required. Complete orientation process including company policies, tax documents and safety overview Conduct over the phone and in person interviews Post ads and recruit for multiple janitorial field related jobs Work with managers to ensure successful on-boarding for new hires Partner with management to provide guidance and find resolutions to employee relations issues. Provide necessary coaching and counseling to management and staff when appropriate. Provide support to ensure successful implementation and upkeep of affirmative action and diversity plans and programs. Implement the appropriate employee training and manage its delivery. Ensure compliance with appropriate governmental and legal regulations, policies and procedures. Act as liaison with Corporate Human Resources on assigned projects to support the implement HR programs at the District level in accordance with the established HR strategy.
