LERETA is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager for the Covina, Ca location to join our dynamic team of hardworking professionals. Focus on Customer retention by working with operations to ensure extraordinary service. Conduct recurring conference calls with client and internal business units as needed. Travel to visit clients as needed. Escalate customer issues to upper management, when seen fit. Provide timely assistance to written and oral customer questions and issues.
