Field Technician - Gahanna, OH

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide field and office support for Industrial Hygiene and Building Services Staff, as well as Phase I ESA and Wetlands projects.

  • Abide by ATC’s health and safety policies and procedures.
Position Requirements

Basic qualifications:

  • Education – High School diploma. Work on and advanced degree a plus but not required
  • Experience – No environmental experience required
  • Driver’s License – A valid driver’s license required as field work and local site travel is involved; candidate will be responsible for transportation

Desired qualifications:

  • Candidate must be able to travel,
  • must be able to do moderate bending and lifting.
  • Perform field work and other duties in accordance with ATC and client safety protocol as assigned under the direction of a project manager.
  • Should be able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects with minimal supervision to meet established deadlines
  • Must be able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of coworkers, clients and other external contracts
  • Should have basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office; must be able to enter, record, store, or maintain information
