About the Organization  

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and perform construction material Testing project manager duties
  • Supervise other CMT staff including field staff
  • Assist in supervising material lab personnel
  • Manage the daily operational activities of the office including office staff
  • Timely proposal of CMT project requests from clients
  • Mentor staff and project level personnel
  • Project management of all phases of CMT projects including lab testing, engineering analyses, report preparation and invoicing
  • Management and control of CMT project budgets
  • Technical and fee proposal preparation
  • Reviewing deliverables prepared by others
  • Abide by ATC's health and safety policies and procedures.
Position Requirements

Basic qualifications:

  • 20 years experience in the construction industry
  • 3 years experience in the CMT project manager role
  • Previous experience managing other staff
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Travel usually within the State of Indiana but not always 20%
