Our warehouse operations is a fast-paced, industrialized environment where our commitment to our customers is demonstrated by operational excellence in all areas. Job Responsibilities • Direct achievement of performance objectives related to productivity, quality, service, and safety. • Ensure procedures are observed, implemented and enforced. • Ensure a safe working environment and follow safety regulations. • Ensure warehouse employees receive training. • Ensure accurate time, attendance, and performance management records are maintained. • Maintain positive employee relations and morale. • Assist in developing and documenting warehouse processes. • Establish and monitor performance standards for warehouse functions, including pick, pack, and ship. • Process returned merchandise. • Establish and monitor performance standards for equipment, assembly, housekeeping, etc. This shift is for Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 8:30pm   Position Requirements Skills/Requirements • Strong knowledge of inventory control processes. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong time management skills. • Basic computer skills including excel. • Ability to learn and use business planning systems. • Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions. • Ability to remain calm and resolve problems in a timely manner under stressful situations. • Ability to adapt to changing situations and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to anticipate and prepare for customer needs. Physical Requirements • Work is physically strenuous and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds. • Work may require excessive bending or stooping. • Employee is required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day. • Employee is required to climb ladders. • Employee is required to use hand tools. • Employee uses heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, etc.).   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Location Colchester   This position is currently not accepting applications.
