Summary: The Aviation Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (CDID) Integration Analyst integrates and synchronizes capability developments emanating from Aviation CDID subordinate organizations including Aviation Enablers Requirements Determination Division (AE-RDD), Aviation Platforms RDD (AP-RDD), and Concepts Experiments and Analysis Directorate (CEAD), other AFC CDIDs and associated Cross Functional Teams, and other US Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) TRADOC organizations, as well as external capability developments from other Army Centers of Excellence (CoE), TRADOC, HQDA, Joint and/or Coalition partners. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Provide coherent presentations, documentation, executive summaries using traditional business communication mediums for senior leadership decisions. Conduct Stakeholder Meetings, Workgroups, telephone and video conferences. Prepare products and documentation using Microsoft Office software or other similar business software to prepare and provide briefings to leadership for decision making on Army Aviation Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities (DOTMLPF) and the costs including manning, training and equipping to implement. Required Qualifications: BS or BA degree Senior Aviation Concept Development Analyst with at least 5 years of Aviation operations experience CGSC/ILE graduate is required. Experience working in combat developments is required. Experience in planning, executing and facilitating DOTMLPF assessments and Joint Working Groups. Experience as a Team Lead conducting Aviation studies with experience in developing capabilities and evaluating technologies. Experience with technical writing of the JCIDS is required. Extensive working knowledge, understanding, and experience in both manned and unmanned aviation operations and employment, the JCIDS Process, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Development, Capabilities Based Assessment (CBA) Process. Thorough understanding of the Army and Joint Concepts, especially the Army Concept Framework. Knowledge of DOD and Army Aviation transformation. Good working knowledge of computer operations and associated software, particularly Microsoft Windows/Office Suite. Desired Qualifications: Previous Army Aviation Attack or Assault Company or Battalion Command, S3 or XO. Direct leadership of a team that authored a Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) approved Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) document. Experience as a Department of the Army, Corps or Division level planner/staff officer. Participation as a direct team member in the Army Aviation Operations Capabilities Based Assessment (CBA) Attack and/or Utility aircraft qualification and operational experience is preferred. Completion of the following Defense Acquisition University (DAU) courses: Introduction to JCIDS CLR 101, Requirements Management RQM 110, CBA CLR 250 and Developing Key Performance Parameters CLR 252.
