POSITION SUMMARY:

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services as offered through Extang. Must handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in an efficient, thorough and positive manner.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle and answer high volume of customer calls
  • Process orders received via email, phone or fax same business day
  • Respond to high volume of email inquiries, within 24 hours or less, with accuracy
  • Provide technical and warranty support of Extang products
  • Responsible for quarterly (or more frequent) outbound customer calls
  • Above average ability to multi-task while maintaining integrity and quality of service
  • Additional duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager
 
Position Requirements
  • REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Prep.
  • Minimum 2 years office experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment
  • Must have Call Center Experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills, typing skills, ability to multi-task, ability to communicate effectively both written and oral, and must maintain good overall performance and attendance
