The position is responsible for assisting the Quality team members in maintaining appropriate records for efficient operation of the repair stations Quality Assurance Management System, and to provide clerical and administrative support to the members of the Quality Team and other responsibilities as assigned. Job Duties & Responsibilities Providing administrative and clerical support to the members of the Quality department. Maintaining database for tracking records Quality records, research records. Inputting and sorting data using appropriate statistical package Arranging and Maintain records for internal and external audits. Word processing reports, minutes, letters, memos, documents as required.   Position Requirements Qualifications Prior aviation experience Strong computer skills Good typing skills, 60 WPM or more Ability to learn and understand technical aviation terminology Ability to stay organized and work with minimal supervision Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers in a business like professional manner. Must be able to function throughout the total facility (i.e. up and down stairs, in and out of aircraft) with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to manage time constraints, changing objectives and demanding clientele.
