Position Customer Completions Administrator  

Dassault Falcon Jet, one of the most sought after brands in business aviation is seeking a Customer Completions Administrator (CCA) in our completion center in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The CCA serves as the liaison between TEB & SCD Marketing, Contracts, World Wide Spec and Design, DFJ Little Rock management and customers concerning new aircraft completions. The CCA represents DFJ LIT and the Completion Center as spokesperson to the customer and their representatives whenever communication is required and hosts customer visits to the completion facility.


Liaison between TEB/SCD ContractsTEB/SCD Contracts, WWSD and LIT Completions Center concerning new aircraft completions including; receipt of initial specifications, change requests, and manage the completion by attending DMU’s, DRM’s, customer meetings, specification review meetings, cost and schedule data, obtain TEB/SCD approval of cost and schedule deviations, transmit LIT specification revisions to the customer, resolve questions/interpretations of specifications between LIT, TEB and SCD. Work authorize specifications and revisions thereto. Conduct test flights. Participate in pre-transfer production inspections, PDR’s and vendor inspections, Regulatory and VIP inspections.

Act as the LIT Completion Center spokesperson to the Customer Representatives whenever they visit the facility and or make communications or inquiries; receive customer requests for changes; coordinate the customer acceptance of completed aircraft; assist the customer during their technical acceptance of the completed aircraft,; negotiate the final delivery squawks within the Completion Center so that the proper accrual and planning can be completed; follow up with the customer after delivery to determine the condition of the aircraft and their satisfaction with it and initiate the corrective action.

Coordinate the photography of each aircraft; distribute photos to the DFJ departments (Marketing, TEB/SCD, etc.), Provide Marketing with final paint drawings and paint chips for the manufacture of the customer scale models. Conduct facility tours for prospective customers and VIP personnel.

Conduct frequent visits to other facility departments to include manufacturing shops, hangars, and aircraft. Requires good health to perform periodic aircraft test flights and customer acceptance flights. Occasional travel to off-site locations for aircraft deliveries, inspections or program meetings.


3 years minimum experience in aircraft or related fields with an overall knowledge of aircraft, aircraft systems and parts. Be familiar with commercial contracts and be able to interpret completion specifications, work orders and drawings. Be able to work effectively with customers as well as DFJ Management, QA, Engineering, Pricing, Production, M.E., Materials and TEB/SCD departments. Be able to establish, track and maintain current status of aircraft in work related to contractual specifications and requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

College degree in Business or related area. Ability to learn or communicate in a foreign language.
