The main mission is to propose and justify to MIS the enhancements to the Information Systems requested to meet organization goals. Lead the business side of IT projects with tight relationship with MIS manager. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor od Science degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field Ten years of analysis and development of business processes Five years of supervisory and/or team leadership experience Three years of P&L responsibility Strong working knowledge of finance and ERP systems and methodologies Strong customer skills to collaborate in defining needs, addressing issues and answering questions Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations through complete life cycle of the project Must have comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), having complete understanding of various phases including: requirements, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation Proven analytical and process definition skills Previous experience conducting User Acceptance Testing with varied group of users PRINCIPLE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Produces initial studies to assess the business case and/or Return On Investment of the proposed projects and provides with the necessary means to demonstrate the targeted gains Develop Business Requirements Documentation, Functional Specifications, screen maps taking into account software ergonomics, and other process flows Responsible for analyzing complex business problems, proposing effective solutions, and understanding and applying the appropriate business vision and direction to solve those problems Design tools and processes for monitoring DAS performance Responsible for filtering, analyzing and prioritizing, from the business perspective Works with MIS department to develop scope of work, schedule andf budget Audit processes to ensure data is collected in support of DAS performance monitoring Standardized information collection and reporting across DAS network Work with senior leadership in managing multiple projects to set priorities and schedules Work with other Dassault Falcon Jet operations to leverage existing technologies and information   Position Requirements   Location Wilmington   This position is currently not accepting applications.
