ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sort through donated goods to ascertain online store acceptance or retail store quality. Research merchandise to ensure accurate identification and pricing considerations. Photograph merchandise for posting to online store for sale. Detailing merchandise by inspecting, measuring and weighing as well as notating. Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures. Post merchandise to online store; Posting required number of photos for best salability. Categorizing and describing merchandise in accordance with guidelines. Labeling posted merchandise with correct assigned number for tracking. Meeting daily Ecommerce posting goals. Stock posted merchandise to appropriate inventory location. Perform other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements SKILLS REQUIRED Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, individuals, co-workers and supervisors (verbal and written). Ability to respond and work with individuals with developmental disabilities. Must encompass professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. Ability to interpret instructions, gain knowledge and have initiative. Computer literate. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required: High School Diploma Required: Prior work experience in retail or ecommerce role Preferred: Prior experience working or serving individuals with developmental disabilities PHYSICAL ABILITIES & WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of the job.
