Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Modify and maintain the back-end database operations, build and test new scripting subsystems, and implement new back-end systems as requested by customer.   Position Requirements Skills Required: Strong SQL and relational database skills (SYBASE) Large scale data operations, data warehouse systems and methodologies Strong understanding of multiple HUD systems Strong communication and organizational skills. Strong foundation in standards, protocols and languages like CSS, HTML, XML, JavaScript and embedded SQL and Functions. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Content Management Systems. Ability to assess client’s requirement and provide recommendations. Experience with Source Control, preferably Serena Dimensions and GIT Experience with tracking software like JIRA. Ability to function/manage multiple tasks in a team-oriented environment. Skills Preferred: Strong foundation in Linux system environment preferably SYBASE ASE and IQ Experience with SQL, bash, python, cold fusion. Experience with Document Source Control, preferably SharePoint. Experience with various methods of ETL.
