Share Email Opening Title Production Worker - Bag Targets  Category Manufacturing   Open Date 5/3/2019   Position Production Worker - Bag Targets   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Number of Openings 1   Position Requirements Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial or related background preferred High School Diploma or equivalent desired Offers are contingent on a 5 panel drug screen and background check prior to hire (expense paid by FeraDyne) Good hand-eye coordination Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team Mechanically inclined Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Reading comprehension and writing skills Possess good communication, reasoning, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle physical demands listed below Wear safety glasses for 8+ hours per shift Stand for 8-12 hours while working Repetitive gross motor activity Lift 25-50 lbs overhead, push and pull objects up to 75 lbs (can be repetitive at times) Other strenuous physical activity Equipment Used Forklift (once certified) Shredding/Filling machine Nail gun (d-ring fastener) Pallet jack All necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) as designated by division manager Work Environment Warm/Hot   Description Summary Perform various duties (boxing, framing, labeling, sealing, taping, stapling, palletizing) associated with archery bag target production ensuring that quality control standards and manufacturing procedures are maintained Hours are Monday - Thursday, 6:30 - 5. Overtime is required during peak months of May - September.
