ROLE
We’re looking to add to our small, talented team of coders. We’re not looking for developer drones, 
but talented coders that seek challenges, love problem solving, and cherish all things new and 
interesting under the tech sun. If you greet a complicated new task with open arms and anticipation 
instead of hiding under your desk, you’re our

kind of engineer. If you get geeked out over conferences on predictive learning technologies, we 
want to meet you. If you’re excited by advances in FinTech, put more points in your “win” column.

As a Software Support Engineer with Soaren Management, you’d work collaboratively with other 
members of the web development team, executives, marketing and operations to understand user and 
business requirements. You’ll deal with requests and issues from our customers, and manage 
communication with them.  And you’ll spend time coding and improving the product as well.
Areas of experience should include:
?   Supporting software users
?   Clear communication
?   PHP
?   CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery
?   REST API’s
?   JIRA or similar project management software
?   MySQL/RDS/MariaDB

Bonus Points for:
?   Twillio or similar communication platform experience
?   AWS
Responsibilities include:
?   Understanding incoming issues and communicating effectively on them
?   Design and develop web products using PHP and related tech
?   Finding and fixing data issues
?   Finding and fixing code issues
?   Documenting changes

Minimum Qualifications:
?   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent experience
?   Support experience
?   Local to the Phoenix area and comfortable commuting to our office in North
Phoenix
