Our Team:
As a member of the Business Planning (BP) team, the Supply Chain Lead I works under time-sensitive conditions in a CGMP manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include sharing information and assist activities with all functional teams involved in new product launches, acquisition integration, product changes and product issues within the Supply Chain organization. Working with departmental teams, the Supply Chain Lead I assists in all activities supporting product changes.
What you will be doing:
- Follow Product changes and coordinate execution.
- Ensure all proper workflows are created.
- Manage project tracker for assigned initiatives.
- Confirm R&D MOQ and costing assumptions.
- Scrap / block inventory list.
- Follow execution on pilots.
- Assist Business Planning team as directed.
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures designed to support Departmental initiatives.
- Under general supervision, solve complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices.
- Use experience and problem solving skills to develop new and improve existing processes.
What you bring to the team:
- Associate's degree in Business or related field.
- 2-4 years' professional experience.
- Strong computer skills including Excel/Word/Power point and Outlook.
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Preferred Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Experience working in a nutraceutical environment.
- Experience with production/inventory control systems.
