Join Our Team Making a Difference in the Community

Have you ever been described as a team player, collaborative, compassionate, non-judgmental or inclusive? Do you respond and communicate with others in a kind and welcoming way? How about your work? Do you bring excellence, innovation, and high ethical standards to your practice? Are you dedicated to client-centered treatment planning with goals that are measurable? And your case notes. . . are they always on time and provide a full picture of the treatment your clients are receiving?

If you are known for your passion in providing the highest level of care to your clients and demonstrate dedication to changing lives, you could be the next member of our amazing Behavioral Health team! Tell us about what drives your passion and how you have demonstrated your ability to impact lives.

We are seeking a seasoned LCSW or Psychologist to provide therapy to individuals who are traditionally treatment-resistant and may be dually-diagnosed in an effort to mitigate behaviors that adversely affect ability to remain in the community setting. If you are a Psychologist or LCSW licensed in the state of Nevada and the best of the best, do we have a place for you with our team! As a member of a three-person team, you along with an intensive case manager and a psychiatric RN will:

  • Identify and contact patients that may have stopped participating in treatment and services in an effort to re-connect them to services at HOPES or to provide therapeutic treatment in the community setting.
  • Cultivate other opportunities for individuals to become involved in treatment options and wrap around services such as through the Community Court or partnering with other community organizations serving the SMI or dually-diagnosed population.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, treatment planning and referrals to meet the needs of identified patients to help them remain in the community setting as opposed to inpatient treatment or incarceration. You’ll document interventions, complete Legal 2000 and maintain program data to support efforts.
