Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC is seeking to fill the position of Legal Secretary in our Lebanon, New Hampshire office in our challenging and fast-paced Energy & Telecommunications and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. Qualified candidates will have a college degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience), and possess a minimum of three years relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with staff, paralegals and attorneys with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 along with the ability to learn new software quickly and work with complex electronic documents is required.
