EHS Technologies Corporation has potential future opening for a Training Development Specialist in support of the NSWCPD New Acquistion Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
Candidates will be considered for a potential muti-year contract effort with EHS Technologies Corporation.
Location: Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division - Philadelphia, PA
Target Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.
Target Experience: Seven (7) years of experience, including three (3) years' experience in DoD training
development, demonstrating knowledge of DoD/ Homeland Security manpower, personnel, and training. Target
experience should include establishing training needs, developing objectives and training programs, applying the
Instructional System Development (ISD) process, analysis, design, develop, and prepare training manuals,
presentation materials, and courses of study related to the operation or maintenance of shipboard systems and
equipment. In Addition, working knowledge of the Navy's training organizational structure, front end analysis,
curriculum development, and training system installaiton plans is desired.
