The Ascentis Web Design role is a key member of the marketing team and is responsible for supporting the creation and execution of all digital initiatives. Cultural Norms: What are the general responsibilities of the position? Accountable for design execution of strategic digital marketing components, campaigns and advertising. Examples includes websites, email templates, paid ads, landing pages, social profiles, etc. Support with design execution for Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Website Optimization, Paid Search Advertising, Paid Social Advertising, Email Marketing, and Remarketing. Bring your own understanding of how competitors execute their digital brand and ways to differentiate. Understand and support driving metrics and analytics for all digital marketing components to deliver data driven business intelligence. Engage in planning efforts around digital marketing objectives to drive future initiatives for the business. Understand personas with the intention to identify and attract buyers while conveying our value proposition. Leverage data to understand the user experience and make best practice recommendations for website, mobile, and social media strategies/tactics. Experience with websites, content placement, and work flows. Make recommendations to drive traffic and conversions. Ability to incorporate, execute, and make recommendations on A/B testing. Act as the key contact to external marketing agencies for digital design related projects. Assist in evaluating and recommending digital marketing tools and products.   Position Requirements What are we looking for in a candidate?
