POSITION SUMMARY: BASIC FUNCTION
Reporting to the Manager, IT Applications this position will be responsible for transforming the out-of-the-box SharePoint 2013 intranet into and new and improved business drives built SharePoint environment. Hands-on development and end-to-end responsibility for features delivery (initial requirement, architecture, story refinement, implementation, successful delivery to production and maintenance). Regular, predictable attendance is essential for satisfactory performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing and developing existing Intranet SharePoint 2013 on-premise environment and future SharePoint online.
Contributing in maintaining the architectural/platform road maps, practices and standards
Design and develop advanced/customized team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows based on requirements gathered from key stakeholders.
Design and enforce governance and best practices in a Corporate Governance Standards document detailing proper design (i.e. security, compliance, audit standards, etc.), project documentation, coding and testing standards, and approval processes.
Designing and developing custom SharePoint modules to address various business needs to drive efficiency within the organization
Publishing Site Experience - Expertise in creating Master pages, Page layouts and Publishing pages with good understanding on content types, site columns.
Manage and configure site collection features, security, content types, permissions, configuration and navigation.
Create and deploy templates, master pages, workflows, sites, pages, lists, libraries, views, columns and web parts.
Configures SharePoint services and settings
Provide subject matter expertise regarding the SharePoint Platform; providing consultation for proof of concept evaluations, projects and enhancements or new applications/functionality being implemented.
Participate in projects that leverage the SharePoint Platform such as team sites, executing migration of personal or network data to SharePoint online and OneDrive and the implementation of additional collaboration tools.
Day to day administration and assist end users on managing permission, lists and libraries, content types, views and content management.
Provide clear documentation and training to support end users in tackling new processes and functionality created
Documentation of existing architecture and services, maintaining documentation as necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Experience using SharePoint Online and /or Office 365.
Experience with SharePoint online Development.
Experience migrating SharePoint Data.
Understanding of the Agile Methodology.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized experience in an IT related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a MS SharePoint administrator and developer.
HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Powershell, SharePoint/Office 365, MS SQL
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and JQuery for site design
SharePoint compliance, governance and document deletion/hold policies
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
Close visual work on a computer terminal.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
Able to climb a ladder and work on a raised platform.
WORK CONDITIONS
Example: Standard office; extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.

Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
